Our hearts go out to the individuals and their families.  Institutionally, however, this catastrophe demands answers to hard questions.  You know things are grim when <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2010\/01\/08\/AR2010010803592.html?hpid=opinionsbox1\">Old Institutional Conventional Wisdom David Ignatius utters those banned words &#8216;poor tradecraft.&#8217;<\/a>  Ignatius&#8217; feeders are right.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.stiftungleostrauss.com\/bunker\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/2007memorialceremony-copy.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"250\" height=\"321\" src=\"http:\/\/www.stiftungleostrauss.com\/bunker\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/2007memorialceremony-copy.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"May Eternal Peace and Love Be With You \" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2876\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.stiftungleostrauss.com\/bunker\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/2007memorialceremony-copy.jpg 250w, http:\/\/www.stiftungleostrauss.com\/bunker\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/2007memorialceremony-copy-233x300.jpg 233w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>P<\/b>anetta&#8217;s cavalier claim <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2010\/01\/08\/AR2010010803588.html\">that his deadly fiasco is a normal occurrence during war is patently offensive and a desecration of sacrifice of those gone.<\/a>.  Panetta obviously is an empty suit, merely shoveling sludge churned by incompetents scrambling to cover their ass.  How obscene  to see &#8216;Panetta&#8217;  brazenly compare the Agency&#8217;s [sic] deadly incompetence with the American military&#8217;s casualties suffered in the chaos of combat.
