640K ought to be enough [computer memory] for anybody.

Yes. Apparently. “@Galrahn: US killed INNOCENT Americans w/out due process using drones. But inYemen so no big deal!? http://t.co/Vme6SV3KM7
@KevinRothrock Kevin, think about the fundamental premise of the metric and example selected as a baseline. It's not even an extrapolation.
Typical analytical errors but interesting.

The Boy King, resplendent as Beta Male, finally threw some sand back at Romney. Last encounter left Obama cowering on the beach, withering under Romney’s taunts. We doubt Obama’s new found spine will reverse matters much; perhaps it’s just enough to cling to the status quo. Each a caricature of their Platonic forms: introverted, cerebral, [...]
So he is Time’s “Person of the Year”. Its cache long since dead. Do you honestly read Time (or the bulk of it) anymore? Didn’t think so. It hasn’t ‘re-designed’ itself to mimic Entertainment Weekly entirely but it’s not far behind. We get it, flip through (sometimes) and toss – often in one fluid (we [...]
There’s no question at times of my life, partially driven by how passionately I felt about this country, that I worked far too hard and things happened in my life that were not appropriate. Newton Leroy Gingrich (2011) Any American would be proud to honor service to our country. We generally agree with Rich Galen’s [...]
Traditionally, commanders hand out the [Challenge] coins to troops for exemplary service and morale boosting. That’s how Duckworth got hers. That’s why it meant so much. But in recent years, many outside the military have adopted the tradition, turning a sacrosanct ritual, some say, into a form of military chic that is now part of [...]

The secret to Newt is that he is emotionally still a child. Much of his striking out is also a request for boundaries. Marianne could explain it better.
@Dr Leo Strauss
Newt is always having to repress saying “why the media showed favors to JFK,LBJ, and FDR – even re gals. Don’t they realized he is a great man in that tradition? As Kennedy said Life is unfair. Newt shoud just count his blessings he was able to avoid military service and got elected to Speaker and impeached a fellow boomer.

He’s actually done better than we expected. Still, it is like a bad flashback. One can imagine Tony’s relief that it is someone else’s problem. Galen comes off that way in quotes. If time is accelerated under today’s new media, then Paxon et al.’s 3+ years before planning seems an eternity.
500K in jewels – (rip off – about 400k was for the blue Tiffany boxes) – Press will have to speculate who got all that bling. Newt’s already showing self pity on Hannity and other shows – whining and complaining . Some conservative. Helps Romney – but the press has turned on him.
“With allies like that, who needs the left?” Ryan told guest host Raymond Arroyo on conservative talker Laura Ingraham’s radio show.

As Flounder said in that 1970s documentary, ‘This is gonna be great!’

Normally, even in the shoddy world of defense contracting, a mean time between failure (MTBF) should be longer than 24 hours. Alas, Newt already retreating from his bold denunciation of Right Wing social engineering this AM.
